Description MSA6100 is a MEMS capacitive accelerometer, based upon a bulk micromachined silicon sensing element, a low power ASIC for signal conditioning. The accelerometer is designed for measurement wide range accelerations. The inner part has protecting structure, which guarantees the superior anti-shock competence.
